Gwen started her Real Estate career in 1995 and spent 7 years with the one company and achieved numerous industry awards which are testament to Gwen’s high profile in the Real Estate Industry on the Redcliffe Peninsula.
In 2002 Gwen decided to join Queensland’s best known Real Estate Company - Ray White. In October 2003 Gwen’s dream of starting her own real estate office came to fruition as she opened the doors of Ray White Margate.
Gwen’s strong belief in leadership and team work has been rewarded by The Team at Ray White Margate by achieving the Business Achievers Award for the Quest Newspapers consistently in 2004, 2005, 2006 (entering the Hall of Fame with this win), as well as 2007 and have now once again been nominated for the 2008 awards.
Gwen has a strong focus and passion for customer service and a strong desire to make sure her staff succeed in their careers and experience job satisfaction.
Her passion for the real estate industry has resulted in Gwen representing the Real Estate Institute of Queensland for the Redcliffe Peninsula as Zone Chairperson.
It is Gwen’s focused approach of communication, perseverance and patience that sets her apart. By listening to her client’s needs she is able to implement her extensive knowledge and real estate expertise.
